Very Professional
HANNAH in the front office at Oak Park apts. In Grand Rapids is so very PROFESSIONAL, up front, detail orientated, KNOWLEDGEABLE like a walking enclopedia with a wealth of information. Needless to say, extrememy poilte and courteous with obvious passion and compassion for her position

I would recommend
The property I live at is managed by American Preferred Management and I have been here for a year and a half so far with no major issues. All my maintenance requests and concerns get addressed within a timely manner. I would recommend going through American Preferred Management for your next home :)
